Help me to get rid of my nasty hook

I'm trying to get rid of a nasty hook and I'm kind of desperate. I really can't figure out why my balls go left. It all started a couple of weeks ago when I took a lesson from a local pro. I wasn't releasing the club good so I got some excersises to improve the release (going through the ball, not hitting hit).
Anyway, my swing really improved and everything was looking good (for a beginner). Now, all of a sudden, I'm starting to hit one hook after the other.
Could it be that my clubface is not square at impact? If so, are there any good excersises that you can recommend me?

Could be anything from your grip, to your stance, to your hands closing too fast, go back to the pro and ask him, he might give you a quick lesson for free.

I found an amazing video with an excercise that really helps!
I tried it today at the range, and later on the course, and now my balls go more or less straight I'm also having another lesson next week so I'll explain my problem to the pro.
