i'll never have denim on if i'm swingin a golf club.. unless i'm playing minigolf and happen to be wearing jeans. at the range i'll always have shorts on. playing a round its always khakis, khaki shorts/cargo shorts, golf shirt.

it feels good when the cute cart girl drives up and asks you your name and age hahaha.

i can't hit my 3 wood. so it just hangs out and talks to my hybrids in my bag that i don't use too much now.

i was on top of a really really really large hill that a street is on last night, and while hangin out i took my driver out of the trunk and tee'd one up and smoked it. i really wonder how it far it traveled.

One of my bosses hit one of his about 320 on a flat hole right in the middle of the fairway with a slight headwind. On a very very very slight downhill I've hit one about 340.

haha. i gotta figure out what i'm gonna get next though.

on average i'll usually hit 7 fairways per round (not that great) but i'll also have 4 or 5 misses that are within a few yards of the fairway too.

haha wow you even have the same grip i have on my mx500. i'm getting some good results from this driver, but i'm thinking about changing it up soon just for some change.

i dont do it, but its actually against the rules to putt with the flag in?

109 today :( two bogeys. one par. one birdie. lots of doubles. a few triples. a couple quads. and a penta-bogey (+5). worst round i've played since last year when i first started playing. putting was awful. last four holes i was +3 with a bogey, par, triple-bogey, birdie. f***ing weird day.

sorry but you're posts have been wrong. school gets them discounted from a deal. school is ALLOWED to give athletes some equipment for their sport ONLY. golf team receives golf equipment. usually teams have a limit as to how much equipment each athlete can receive. for instance my friend who runs track for BU is allowed X amount of throwing shoes, uniforms, warmups for the season.

if i do go to the range, i don't hit my driver. i never could hit it at the range b/c i'm always just trying to murder it so everything gets screwed up. i usually just work on my iron play... also.. look at the people who are at the range as well. most of the ranges i've gone to off of courses are just people out having some fun trying to hit some balls. at courses i mostly see people working on their iron play.

92 today 46 front 46 back. one birdie. 3 fairways. 3 GIRs

two of them today that were greattt. 15th hole, par 4, 405 yards. Tee shot with driver right down the middle, hits and rolls to 95yds. paced it off the 150yd marker to get a better distance estimation and I was pumped with the 310yd drive :). Ended up bogeying 17th hole, par 4, 354 yards. Dog-leg right at about 200 and tried fading my driver over the trees, ended up pulling it way left into a few trees about 145 out. About 90yds in front of my next shot there are some very tall pines. I was hitting my PW very well today so stuck with that for this shot. Smoked it right over the trees and stuck it about 6ft from the pin. Ball hit.. and went about 2" to the right of the ball mark. First time I've done that And I sunk the putt for my sole birdie of the day. Finished with a 92(72) *i was excited about it and took a picture of the result

i'm unclear as to the rule for if your ball is lying right up against a fence. there aren't any OB markers or hazard markers and the ball is lying right up against the edge of the fence. what kind of relief is given and/or penalty for relief?

of course i'm bitter. not because they get everything they want/need. but because they're stuck up and arrogant b/c they get what everything they want. like a set of x-20's when they'll grow out of them in the next 6 months.

I'd say I average around 265 or so with my driver. My shorter ones will go around 250, longest ones 310 or so. My longest ever was last month, approx. 340yds.

lie in the rough.. ball kicked out from the trees is irrelevant--players are supposed to repair their divots (replace the, fill them with mix, w/e). somebody shouldn't basically be penalized for succeeding in what every golfer tries for off the tee: hit the fairway. if a player hits a shot and has a bad lie in the rough.. it's not because of the irresponsibility of another player if a player hits a shot into the trees and has to punch out b/c there's no line.. it's not because of the irresponsibility of another player.
