  4. I like the sitcoms from the states . Over here in China , we don't have cable that show US sitcoms or drama series. I have to download and playback on my Mac.   6. Shot 79 today 42 & 37 . Started with a triple bogey , a double bogeys , only until hole #4 things start to get a par . Ended the day with 3 birdies , which 2 of them are back to back . I have started Gym with a personal trainer with the objective of strengthening my core muscles, improve endurance and flexibility 5 week ago . It is hurting my game a little at the moment . I can't feel my swing especially after a workout session the day before , since the muscles are sore . However , I m adapting to the workout and building my swing on the "new body" . I think it will take a while to back to my normal game . I am also working on my putting using Stan Utley's Putting tool.   7. I have started my Gym lessons this month trying to shade off some weight and at the same time improve my Strength , Flexibility and Endurance.
  8. TM 's model is changing faster than any other brand in the market. Cant keep up ! LOL !
  9. I m starting my gym workout to improve my physical for the game. Endurance, strength with control , flexibility, posture,Better Balance . I trying to fix my left arm to be straight at the top of my swing . Currently not so flexible ...
  10. Shot 83 today ( night golf ) and it is really a frustrating day for putting , total 6x 3putts ! Front 9 was okay with 17 putts with 5 GIR. Back 9 with 23 putts with 7 GIR ..ARGG ! I cant fell my putting strokes since i start my 1st Gym Work Out on Weight on Monday ! The muscles are aching ! But Irons and Driver are alright !

  13. Over here , to make things easy , all 3rd cuts water hazards lateral water hazard OB Flower Bed Non yellow / red stick consider OB and follow OB rules . No need to look for balls and speed games up !

  15. I played better in 2009 where I play conservatives golf . My short game were really good and putting was so so. This year I gain like 15yards from the big wiod and begin to go for it . More OBs and Hazards..and sand ..sigh ! Playing conservative is kinda boring sometimes , and taking risk might give you excitement but not a pleasure thing if the score does not go along with your goal .
  16. In some places such as Malaysia, they break the Competetion to 2 or 3 Groups and use handicap to net the gross score. For example, Medal A for Handicap 0 to 12 Medal B for Handicap > 12 Some clubs have 3 handicap groups for Competetion Medal A for 0 to 8 Medal B for 9 to 16 Medal C for > 16 IMO, I think the above system is fair .

  20. No . I have seen decent handicaper play and they are not playing "ready golf" . That really slow the game a lot . After tee off , they dont go to their own ball but go to the the ball that furthest to the pin and watch the player hit his ball . After the shot is taken, they move to the 2nd ball that furthest to the pin and watch the shot . This go on and on to the putting green . They just drive you nutts !

    I picked up an advice from a friend to fix the similar problem that you have . He says that we should locked the left wrist after setup , through the back swing and forward swing. The shoulder , arm , wrist and putter swing as one . Try and see if it works for you .:-)
