  1. What I have learned is that the key is to play for a very small amount, like dollar skins, and then since it is money you can call him out and be like, "didn't you shoot a 7 and not a 6?" He'll recount the hole and realize he's been caught/made a mistake and if he denies just count the strokes with him. It's for money so you have the right to call him out.
  2. One guy I play with, says the same lines everytime I've played with him. Such as "Smoke em if you got em", and "Sally" whenever he or I short a putt. I laugh everytime I hear them just cause I like expect them. I hate when people say "Bite Bite" on their approach shot, as if those words are really gonna change where the ball is going. And I absolutely hate when an announcer says, "that was a good golf shot". As if I mistaked what I am watching for a basketball game.
  3. LOL you guys are late. But I don't know if you know this but Wahlberg is in charge of the whole show so I would assume him and mark would be friends.
  4. Couldn't agree more.
  5. Wait, so you guys are saying that these clubs hit really well for the casual golfers, but not for the hardcore golfer? Why not?
  6. In northern Delaware, me and my dad's rule is if it is greater than 45 degrees with little wind, we'll play.
  7. "I never got a hole in one before, but I did hit a guy, and that's way more satisfying. You're supposed to yell 'Fore,' but I was too busy mumbling 'There's no way that's gonna hit him."
  8. ^I love the reverse mulligans! That seems fair to me.
  9. Thanks.. I figured it had to do with storage I just wasn't exactly sure where golfers stored them.
  10. Thanks for the answer! jackass
  11. I'm going to bed with TNT on so I wake up to the Open tomorrow morning.. Then hopefully getting 9 holes in around 2 before my baseball game at 6.
  12. This is a really stupid and noob question I know it, but why are some ballmarkers magnetic?
  13. Happy Gilmore... growing up this movie was on during every roadtrip in my car.. Greatest Game Ever Played is a great one aswell, I wouldn't mind watching that again.
  14. ^^^ Yeah I felt the preview of global warming at the Carolina @ Giants game I went to last December.
  15. ^^^Basically what that guy was saying is insult him until he attacks you first. And then lay his ass out.
  16. Damn I wish I had an iPhone.
  17. Today, I completely muffed a kinda ruffed up ProV1 that I found in a round last week into very very tall grass. When I went to search for it, I couldn't find it. However, I did find a new ProV1x, in excellent condition. Not too shabby if I may say. Today, I experienced this for the first time in my 2-year golfing career. 16th hole, 125 yards out, pitching wedge. I changed the placement of my club head on the ball because I was having the worst round of the year. I make contact with the ball and this thing absolutely soars up in the air, I'm talking about, the highest shot I've ever hit. It's in the air for a good 10 seconds or so, the type of professional shot that I've always envied seeing other golfers on the course hit. While it's in the air I'm saying to myself, c'mon make it there, don't go short. Turns out, I hit the ball about 9 feet past the pin with about a foot of ProV1 spin back. Obviously I missed the par put but at that point in my awful round, I didn't even care. I was just happy enough to know that there is a glimmer of hope for my next round.
  18. Boy, I would do anything to have the golf season in the fall here in Delaware. But I'm going to be a senior and baseball is my main sport, golf second.
  19. I don't believe they had a pool chipping green on Entourage, however they did hit balls onto their neighbors roofs. They also had an indoor driving range or whatever that thing was.
  20. holy s***! 64 holes, lucky!

    Congrats!
  22. The Natural, at which course in DE were you having those problems? Last year at Rock Manor, I think my round was somewhere between 5 to 6 hours.. But the whole course was basically backed up. The starter said it was probably due to its first year since being remodeled. Haven't played their yet this year, have you?
