The thing is there is nothing a 64 cant do that a 60 can. Your 64 will go shorter than the 60, but that could go the same distance in someone elses swing. When talking about chips and sand the same concept applies. Also, I do not understand why people think a 60 is harder than a 56 for beginners. Makes no sense. It is all about distance. If you are in the sand with little room a 64 can do the trick, if there is a good distance away you might need to use a 52.

Good job. There has been alot of tryouts here at my course, as it has been kinda annoying working around it. I havent played a round this week yet. Last week I was sandwich between a girl tryout and the mens, so to say the least it was slow.

Just make sure as you go to higher lofts you should feel the angle of your shoulders more, as the club is shorter.

If anyone here has a 360 and wants a friendly game against a sandtrap member I am your man.

Just adding in no matter what you choose most gps sites will tell you what courses they have. This might narrow your choices down some.

Honestly what you did has no excuse. Also, if they were backed up by someone in front of them then them playing one ball would make no difference. I play by myself every time so I know how it feels to wait and how it affects my game, but if the course was back up you all are going no where fast. I don't not think they have no etiquette, but where also frustrated, as were you.

I bought a pair of Nikes a few months ago, and I just really do not like them because they are low cut, (just like almost all shoes are), but I only wear high cut shoes out of golf. I just feel like I am sliding/moving around in them. I always walk around 81 holes a week and the shoes are really important. Has anyone played with these shoes? Thanks

Also, in this months Golf Digest they gave some stats on this: If you give 1 stroke, the chance that you will win is 53% If you give 6 strokes the chance is bettered to 60% If you give 12 strokes you will win 74% of the time. So, basically the chances of you winning if you have the lower handicap are always in your favor. Just something I found interesting.
