I left friends and teammates hit my clubs but I wouldn't let a stranger or a random playing partner hit my clubs.

I don't quite understand this. Sacraficing consistency at this level doesn't make sense. You can work the ball with SGI and GI irons, you don't need new clubs to do it. The only real advantage a bogey golfer would get would be better feedback.

There are alot of used left clubs out there.... much cheaper than right handed clubs..

My irons are stiff flex but everything else is reg flex. I need to get stiffer shafts in my long clubs.. :/

For wedges, I want Clevelands. For everything else whatever top brand works best.

Can a 64 degree lob wedge replace a sand wedge?

I use a 60* out of the sand. But that is a bit different. I don't see any really good players doing that so I would say it isn't recommended. -

I play best if I hit a couple balls on the range and then putt for a few minutes before I start my round.

Very true. It is not often the old guys who use their putter head but mostly just lazy people of all ages.

Then someone in this situation should consider a 5 hybrid. A hybrid plays distance wise similar to one iron longer.

A 60 isn't necessary. If you have room in the bag then I would suggest filling it with a 60 as it is easier to hit than opening up SW to get out of tough spot. the SW * is up to you and your distances. I have not heard much of any +/- about scratch wedges.

I do. Usually it is a 3/4 of the swing I will be doing.. For me, it is to loosen up and a confidience thing.

Hat, or Sunglasses, or nothing. Depends on if I forget my hat or remember sun glasses...

Wouldn't wear it .. But it is better than some of the stuff I see people wearing on the course....
