  2. the baggage of winning Ryder Cup matches? lol.
  3. What a shot into 18 with all that pressure. Great playing Xander.
  4. We get it… you don’t like Spieth. Jesus.
  5. interesting take, Travelers is one of the best non-major tournaments every year.
  6. Little to early imo. Besides the Masters he hasn’t really done anything to warrant “best player without” a major. I would love to see him become that though, one of the best
  7. Shauffele, Rickie, Westy would be mine. Hard to count Xander though since he’s so young still. I mean, 4 years from now, if not by then
  8. No grudges, just would much rather see anyone else win 🤣. Truth be told I’m a sucker for an underdog story so if Jordan is out of it, like today, I would have loved to have seen a Hughes or Henley win
  9. He threw many a clubs 5-6 years ago and literally blew up on his caddie numerous times on camera. Thats the Rahm that made me not interested in seeing him win big tournaments. That’s all. Just don’t care for him. I guess we all have our preferences. I am a huge fan of Jordan but others dislike him and seem to think he’s “whiny”.
  10. Just rubbed me the wrong way being a complete hothead douche. He may have gotten “better” at controlling himself, but I still choose not to care for him.
  11. I did lol.
  12. Do not care for Rahm, turning this off
  13. Yesterday, at age 35 I accomplished a golf goal I have been striving towards for several years, I finally broke 80! I shot a 77 (+7) at Belden Hill Golf Club. I was +3 on the front and +4 on the back with back to back birdies on 13 and 14. My worst hole of the day was 16 when I was way to fast with my tee shot that I snap hooked left, hit 2 straight chunky 4 hybrids and a fatted AW after, on in 5 and a 2-putt double, thought for sure “here comes the blowup on the final holes” but I held it together, made par at 17 and bogey at 18. An amazing feeling to finally break 80! While it may not have been the longest or hardest track in my area, it felt great and long overdue!
  14. He’s supposed to isolate until 2 days before it begins. Not much time to practice, but wont miss
  15. Even if he was... if he was in close contact (which is how they’re saying he got it) you can still get it if you’re vaccinated. They probably wouldn’t have found out though as they wouldn’t have tested him daily
  16. I feel like Rickie will get it back together sooner rather than later. I mean, if Jordan can lol...
  17. I think we can all agree at the very least, he’s the most entertaining in history. He is “The Rock” in his prime WWE days to the PGA Tour. His flair, his ability to hit shots nobody else has in their bag, his constant tinkering with clubs, just, everything about the way he plays the game draws people in, and I’ve loved watching every minute of it.
  18. he still struggles with the same damn problem... he just makes bad bogeys at bad times. I feel like he hardly ever has a bogey free round. I get that guys make bogeys, but he just makes bad ones, at bad times, and seems to always make at like minimum 2-3 per round.
  19. ehhh not quite, at least, not off this tournament alone. 7% of that is probably going to his caddie... that's after he pays his taxes too lol. And given his status prior, he probably had to pay his way to Augusta.
  20. He probably is, he’s boring to watch. He shows zero emotion. It’s almost like he’s bored himself out there
  21. If HM runs away with this... talk about a snooze fest of a final round. The biggest robot on Tour running away with The Masters... a lethal combination for a persons interest level.
  22. Even Tom Brady? When? Please, for the love of god, tell me when. 😂
  23. I always laugh when something like this happens and all the interweb know-it-alls start speculating... "he'll be in a wheelchair for the next 12 months!" - over a broken leg and fractured ankle? He will not be in a wheelchair for a year, he's not paralyzed. "He needs to retire, no need to risk his health!" - what, given his injury history already, could he possibly do playing GOLF that would debilitate him permanently? And yes, I'm well aware of how golf can screw up a persons body given the amount of muscles used... but still, coming back and playing golf, at worst, could only likely result in an additional injury that *might* at *worst* actually end his playing days as a competitor. It's not like returning to golf is going to put him in a wheelchair permanently from trying to smoke a drive. At this point, I hope he recovers fully, and I do hope that if he can, he returns to playing golf. If not, so be it. But who am I to say or anyone else here "no need to risk your health Tiger, retire!"
  24. You just described nearly every player who has, at any point in their career, been a consistent top finisher for a period of time...
  25. Hard to play at the level Tiger played at for as long as he did. Everyone seems to think the next young gun to win a major is gonna rattle of 10-12 of them over the next 15 years... it's clearly not that easy. Once Tiger started to stumble, Rory was "next". Then Jordan... then JT, now Collin and Wolff and Bryson. Someday the game of golf will likely see another Tiger, but right now, there's just entirely to much young hungry talent. But they get hot, then cool off, then get hot again whereas Tiger just... didn't cool off for 12 years or so.
