Intro and advise requsted

Hello all, I recently found this site and have seen some interesting topics. I am in the Houston, Texas area and try to play at least once a week, I'm not a great player but I always enjoy my rounds. Currently at a 16, fluctuates between 14 and 16 depending on how much I've been playing and getting to the range. Advice needed from folks who know the Orlando area. I Just found out my wife has a conference in Orlando while I'm on spring break, I teach at a college here. I would like to know of a couple of courses to play, I would like to play 27 - 36 per day (Wednesday&Thursday;). I'll be trying to get on as a single, hoping I can get squeezed in. Which courses should I try for? Thanks:

Southern Dunes is a brutal course, but fun

I wound up playing the International course at Champions Gate last wedensday, nice course, difficult as my carts GPS wasn't working so I was hitting blind a few times. Got caught in a downpour which sent us to the clubhouse for 20 minutes, not too bad, the course drained really well. Played the New Course at Grand Cypress on thursday, links style honoring St Andrews, really nice course in great shape. It was very cold in the morning and I could have used an extra layer but it was still fun. This was my first time to play Florida "resort" courses, a bit expensive but the service was first rate.All in all had a great time, even if I didn't shoot all that well.
