Started playing the 2.75" zero friction tees this season. I like them and have noticed a slightly tighter shot dispersion. Not a lot, but enough to notice.

2 3/4". I don't care about the brand or anything. I tee up pretty low, so I can use as little as a 2 1/4", but I don't prefer it.

I've tried many varities of tees, but nothing really seems to be so problem free as 2 3/4 wooden tees. With the expensive new plastic ones from Callaway, I'm worried about trying to find them. The brush tees have problems with getting the ball to sit right, plastic tees also are touchy in getting the ball to sit, and they offer more resistance.

So hit the ball, and don't worry about where the tee is, that's the best.

Used to only use the "standard" size white tees.

I still mainly use those.

My driver gets teed up just enough to put the ball's equator at the top of the clubhead....not very high by todays standards.

I imagine the I'll have to go with taller tees once I replace my driver with a more modern offering.

With a driver I'll use a 3 1/4", but with a 3 wood or on par 3's ill use something shorter.

All dependent on the turf conditions of the tee box. I use anything I find...but generally 2-3/4" to 3"...and has to be wooden and not plastic (will dent and mar your drivers)

I don't think about the length of the tee...rather placement to where 1/4 of the ball is above the crown for my driver....and 1/8" above turf line for all other tee shots. Want consistency of the ball to the club face.

Currently, I use 2¾ Professional Tee Systems tees. I really like them as I put them in the ground up to the painted yellow line and it seems to put half the ball over the head and half just right. Reading though, my driver is 460cc and it recommends 4" tees. Anyone know why that is?

I might try out the 3¼ so I can get more tee in the ground and have a sturdier base for my ball.
