Hey everyone, the problem i have is that i come from too far from the inside. I'm on plane on the way back but i drop to the inside on the way down. Does anyone know a good way to straighten this out?

I appreciate your help!!!

Looking at your handicap you obviously have a good swing. I would guess that you simply let your arms get too far behind you on the backswing so that when you drop it is naturally a very inside path back to the ball. If you concentrated maybe on keeping the arms in front of your torso, not dragging them independently behind you, you would drop on a better plane and angle to the ball. I could be way off but it is got to be something fairly simple.

I believe that if you start with your rear shoulder dropped lower than your front shoulder this will help you start your down swing syncronized with your arms. Start you club down the line and pick it up as your hands comes around your body your hips should turn automatically also make sure you keep your left arm straight once you are in position on your backswing its easier to start you down swing with your hips and your arms following down the line because your rear shoulder is dropped and this will also help you stay behind the ball and you can extend your arms and the wrist will break naturally and added acceleration.

quick fix would be, lifting your arms a bit higher at the top. I used to push the ball to the right everytime. what I fix was that I either lift my arms a bit higher at the top, or pulling my left shoulder to the left (right-hand golfer) just before impact. this prevent the ball to go to the right.

Just my quick fix on the course.
