I really like the look of the 2 bar cs mallet. Unfortunately I am not sure where to go to try one out. Looks like they might be mailorder only. Anyone have a problem with returning one of these during the try and buy period. I also noticed that they do the 4 "easy" payments.

not sure any payment is ever "easy", but it does make it easier to budget.

Golfsmith stocks them, if you are close to one, go try them out. I got a Rife Mr. Beasley last week, I like smaller, mallet style putters, and after 3 rounds, it is a great putter. I was not sure the groove technology on the face really worked, but it puts the smoothest roll on the ball you can imagine. The black finish Beasley was not in the Raleigh, NC store, so I ordered online, as it was marked down to 59.95, unreal deal. The 2 bars wre in stock here, along with several other models.

  • 2 weeks later...

Rife putters are top shelf. I am working on Nantucket, Mass and found them in stock at a nearby Edwin Watts. I recommend this putter to anyone. I have the Rife Antigua and love it. Best putter I have ever used. My Scotty and 2 ball are in the closet:)

Aside from custom fitting, nothing has helped my game more. These putters are the real deal man.

I have a Bimini Blade... The best roll on a ball bar none... however there is something screwy with the way it stares at me during setup so I had to shelve it. I have thought about buying a different style but I cant tell if they are all like this or just the model I had so I went back to my Bettinardi.

I own one of the original 2 bar putters. I bought it because I thought the ability to change the weights would help. Turns out I never changed the weights that came in it. I tell peole it is the only putter I ever owned where I wasn't looking for another one. Just to make me a liar I recently bought the Antigua because I wanted to try a blade style. I haven't used the mallet since. Very smooth feeling.

Loyalty above all else, except honor.

Awards, Achievements, and Accolades

Only reason I'm considering moving away from my Mr. Beasley is because leo3 posted that Golfsmith is selling the Beasley in black for $60.... Great putter. Good weight. Very solid on pure strokes and the occasional mishit. Rolls very true.

I am sure you will love this putter. Best golf money I have spent. Been through some nice putters, Scotty, 2 ball, Bettinardi, etc.. , but this Rife Antigua is just a different breed. Can't really explain it, you will soon find out

    • Yea Club Rat said it. I really enjoyed the Senator and the Judge, then over to Grand National where there a couple good courses plus a fun par 3. The one I do play whenever I visit there is Ross Bridge; something about this course that is just good fun. I hope to play more of the courses in the future, but tomorrow is promised to no one, so hope is the key word. Have Fun, iSank

    • Eh. He broke ONE of Tiger's records. Youngest to be ranked #1 in AJGA. It didn't help that Tiger's birthday is in late December, or that Tiger didn't play many AJGA events before he was 15. • Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
    • Just stumbled onto the article.  Totally random and thought it might be interested to hear other thoughts. maybe I am tired of all the LIV crap and  this just caught my attention.
