Like it say's I have PW the has a 51* loft. What wedges should I get and bounce and so on. My local course has no sand and in the spring and fall is a soft course but in the middle of the summer it gets rock hard and dusty. My 9 has a 45*. So should I set my PW aside and get all new wedges or just get a 56*. Little help please.

PW's usually have 47-48 degree's of loft, so I would almost consider your 51 a Gap Wedge. If I were you I would go for the CG15 58 degree with mid bounce (12 degrees. It sounds like you have varying conditions on your course and mid bounce will allow you to use it year round.

The reason I like 58 for your situation is that it's between a sand wedge (56) and a lob wedge (60) and will give you the ability to make a variety of shots.

That depends on your distance with the PW, and whether you'd be inclined to take a full swing with the next wedge down. I would suggest a 56°. I'm a fan of more bounce for just about every circumstance that a short wedge would be used for.

Pitching Wedges

today have that, true. His irons are sufficiently old that they have what I call "traditional lofts." A historical note: the gap wedge was introduced when pitching wedges started getting stronger lofts, and the sand wedge couldn't be strengthened without defeating their named purpose. However, today a 48 would be considered a weak PW; I've seen them as strong as 42.5°.
