P4 to P5 Downswing - bowing wrist - more inside, under plane?

When starting the downswing, does the feeling or actual bowing of the lead wrist promote a more in to out swingpath? I guess sliding and tucking the hips does most of that, but is the bowing of the wrist an important piece as well?

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

yeah having a flat or bowed lead wrist at impact is important, at what point that happens in the downswing is up to the individual, keep in mind it's not as easy as it sounds.  The grip involves two hands and without some strength and flexibility in the trailing wrist and forearm a bowed lead wrist at top will cause the trailing hand to go in the opposite direction and actually knock you off plane.  (the old waiter with a tray concept)

By itself, bowing, I would answer no. Now add bowing plus ulnar deviation and yes you will move the path out to the right.

I will add there are simpler ways to move the path out to the right if that it is what you are after.

note: I am not a pro, and I didn't stay at a holiday inn express last night.
