Hello everyone, I was looking for a 3 wood and I was wondering if anybody had experience with the clubs I am interested in. I like the Titleist 910f, the Taylormade R11 Ti, and also the Taylormade burner 2.0. Does anyone have any thing to say? Thanks

IF you like feel, liveliness, playability, proper shaft length, more adjustability, and the choice of a decent shaft - get the TItleist 910f. Nice clubs.

The others? Terrible stock shafts. The Titleist may not be the longest, but if your swing is decent and you have trouble with fairways, I think you'll find the Titleist a favorite. I am not a Titleist fan, but picked up a 7 wood on a whim, loved it, and bought the 4 wood.

Ping G400 Max 9/TPT Shaft, TEE EX10 Beta 4, 5 wd, PXG 22 HY, Mizuno JPX919F 5-GW, TItleist SM7 Raw 55-09, 59-11, Bettinardi BB39

I play a 907D2 driver and the above mentioned 3 and 7 woods in steel R300 DG shafts.  Absolutely wonderful fairway woods.  Good length and workability.  Cheap off the bay too.  thanks

I have the Burner 2.0 and I love it. The only club I would consider switching it with is the RBZ. I just broke my Driver today, I might get an RBZ driver.

Sincerely, Jim

whatever you do go with a shallow face wood if you're going to use it off the deck, as opposed to a 2nd driver ... and a shorter shaft (vs long and light) also helps ... don't think you can go wrong with either the Titty or R11.

The Titleist 910F is an awesome 3WD. I just got it like 4 weeks ago. I like the lower profile of it, and I really seem to hit it well. It's my go to club on tight driving holes.

Driver: Callaway Big Bertha 10.5*

3WD:  Callaway Big Bertha 15* / X2 Hot H4 Hybrid
Irons:  Callaway Apex 4-PW Project X 5.5 shafts

Wedges: Callaway MackDaddy 2  52/58
Putter: Odyessey Metal X Milled 1

Not sure about the best golf purchase I ever made, but I do love my new RBZ 3 wood... I like it a lot better then my old Cleveland 3... same with the 5 wood.

the 3 actually took me a few swings more to get used to then I thought it would, but after that I feel very confident with it.

See if you can find a demo day and hit some FWs outdoors. That way, you get a real idea of how high your shots go. Too much or too little can hurt on FWs. I swapped out a 3W for basically a 4W, and get much better launch with the 4W.

Focus, connect and follow through!
