I think I broke my R11 Driver..

Does anyone have a 460cc driver with a wrench that you can give me for free?

Just kidding.  I really laid into one yesterday and may have broken my first driver.  It's an R11 head with a 43" Proforce VTS X flex shaft.  I felt a noticeable "crack" in the fingers of my left hand.  Felt it on the next shot too.  Where do these things usually break?  Seems odd to break a short, X flex shaft.  I tried bending and twisting the snot out of it all over but can't hear anything crunching.

I bought it used at Golfsmith.  I have no idea about it's history.  I can pull the grip and check it though.  What's the option then if it is under the grip?  New shaft, or will some epoxy work?

Why don't you just take it to Golfsmith and have them look at it?

That makes sense to me.  They can diagnose the problem and re-grip/re-shaft the club accordingly. Look at it this way Bunker... This may give you a chance to hit some different heads/shafts and decide what you want for your next gamer.
