Howdy everyone,
I am in search of more drills that may help with getting my weight forward and attaining a flat left wrist. I've been practicing doing the door jam and wall drills but continue to struggle. I am a former baseball player and I suppose rotating my hips instead of pushing them forward is ingrained in my head. As far as the flat left wrist goes, I have a dominant right side and even though I understand the concept of the flat left wrist I continue to slap down at the ball in a scooping style. I am aware that it will take continue practice to make these moves muscle memory but just curious if anyone had success with drills other than the Door Jam/Wall drill.
Thanks!
