pushing my left hip

as soon as i start my downswing my left hip pushes and all my distance is lost.. i have had this problem all my life and i cant find a cure to it..it has really restricted my game to a certain level

Which direction does your hip push, toward the target, toward the ball?

with a handicap of 6, you dont know why?

Handicap means nothing to mechanical knowledge of the golf swing. There have been plenty of single digit golfer's who played golf under the old ball flight laws, which have seens been proven wrong on this forum. It just shows you that the body can adapt to misinformation and get your true intent through the swing.
