Not sure on exact pricing for this time of year (it's high season) but here are a few I'd recommend:
Old Corkscrew (in Estero): Jack Nicklaus design. This will most likely be above the $100 rate but it's a "do not miss". Probably the toughest course I've ever played, but it is beautiful. My favorite public course down there.
Tiburon: Two courses; Gold (that's the course where they play the Shark Shootout) and Black. Played them both and Black is by far the toughest. Sounds strange since the pro's play the Gold but trust me.
Raptor Bay: another nice course up by Bonita Springs. Not a real difficult course but it's very nice and I've seen an amazing amount of wildlife there, from bobcats to black panthers.
Heritage Bay: probably the closest to the under $100; three different 9's and you can't go wrong with any of them.
Another on the cheap side is Stoneybrook. I've only played it once but I do kind of remember it being under $100 and a pretty nice course.
Like I said, the problem is timing. Golf down there is outrageous this time of year; I was just there over the holidays and it goes up even more from Jan-March or so. Spent a lot of time in the Naples area (it's our home away from home) so if you haven't been and need some more info on stuff to do/see/places to eat let me know. Have fun.
