I've been Playing Golf for: 12 years
My average score is: 88.8
My typical ball flight is: Push-draw
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Pull-hook, thin

I have played golf for a while but never seriously analyzed my swing faults - had a lesson to start the season where I was instructed to work on reducing lateral head movement. I have not had too much success with permanently fixing that and continue to work at it - ultimately I know that repeated lessons and handling these issues more systematically is the long-term solution.

However, in the meantime with my limited time to play and practice (and funds) I am trying to make golf more fun for myself.

The number one cause of frustration and lost strokes currently is my off-the-tee play. I play well relative to an average bogey golfer in the iron game, chipping, and putting.

In the short-term, I am looking for something to work on to reduce the pull-hook miss off-the-tee. I attached driver swings since it is the club giving me headaches.

Last post didn't get any traction, but I am back at the start of a new golf season in the Midwest.

Driver has been better of late, I started to tee the ball higher and tilt away from the target slightly at address, which have worked as a sort of band-aid. Looking to improve my overall swing mechanics to improve all full swing shots.

Below are 2 DTL and FO views of 7-irons, hitting Birdieballs at the local park.

My miss directionally is still a pull-hook/pull-draw, my mishits are almost exclusively be toe-side.

Looking for assistance with determining a top priority piece to practice slowly and repeatedly to start.

Well, I'll be blunt, but… two reasons:

  1. The first video you posted today, it's 32 seconds before you swing. Trimming your videos makes them easier to watch.
  2. You aren't well known here. People are happy to help, but particularly happy to help people they get to know a bit. People they might view as online friends.

You swing out too much in the one swing I saw.

I don’t know enough to properly help. That doesn’t mean ppl like me don’t see your posts or would eventually ask you something about your swing.

If you keep practicing and posting, I’m sure you’ll attract something.

A lot of ppl on here take internet lessons on evolvr. I live close enough to get lessons in person, but I’ve heard evolvr works.
