You'd think Ian Baker-Finch would be a possible choice for Norman but I think IBF was an assistant to Gary Player so Norman may elect to go with someone else.

I think Couples is a great choice for captain! We followed him on the last few holes on Sunday at the '05 Presidents Cup against Singh, and it was a blast, the crowd was lovin him and he pulled out a huge match. We were ready to carry him off the 18th green. He has been the hero a couple(no pun intended) of times at the President's Cup. We also ended up being at the 18th green when Dimarco drained the winning putt, we were 50 feet away directly on his through-line. Talk about intense. It's too bad we don't get to see it here in Virginia though in '09, hopefully we can have it here again in '13.
