I know that this is a long shot, but maybe someone here can help.  About 25 years ago I bought a inexpensive set of woods from a local club maker in Pinehurst.  That business has subsequently gone out of business.  I really like the clubs but the shaft on my driver broke and I can't find something that performs similarly.  The shafts are red in color and written on them is the following " Tour TS  Low Torque-High Modulus Graphite Frequency Matched.  I am just getting back into golf after retiring and would like to find these same type (or similarly performing shafts).  I remember that the maker said that they were "senior flex" and possibly he got them in or near Columbia, SC.  I am not a good golfer (19 handicap) but would enjoy finding a shaft like these. Thanks.

Do you mean literally ‘you’ can’t find or a fitter hasn’t been able to find a shaft that performs well for you? There are hundreds of options out there and I’m sure you could easily find a shaft that’s easier  to find that would perform as well or better if you did a driver fitting.  @Adam C is a club maker. Maybe he can help....🙂

Are there any other markings on the shaft? What was the club head brand?

When it comes down to it, no shaft made 25 years ago could hold a candle to the quality of shafts made today, they were just far more inconsistent. If you have any other marking that could tell weight, flex, etc. Might also look under the grip and see if the shaft has any stickers or text at the butt end.

The simplest solution would be to go out and get yourself fitted.  Of course, that will wind up becoming expensive quickly, especially if you are buying an entire set.  As mentioned earlier there are multiple options, and shafts today are generally better than the older ones.
