Sad to hear about his passing. At 43 he should have had a lot more time here. Amazing the work he did while literally fighting for his life. 


I heard he died of colon cancer.   That sucks because it's not recommended to be screened until you reach 50 unless there are instances in your family.

  What I find very inspiring is that he made probably eight or so films in the past four years while silently battling the disease.  I also saw a picture of him from a video chat a couple of months back, and he looked very, very thin. 

  I really enjoyed the James Brown biopic he did a while back.  Tonight I might check out Da 5 Bloods, or possibly rewatch his guest appearance from season four of Fringe.

   Anyways, feel free to choke on a big ol' dick, cancer.
