Maui Jim Lens Replacement Options

Lenses are pretty scratched up and looking at replacing them. It's $100 (processing/S&H) to send it in to Maui Jim and $46 to replace myself from a third party. Which should I go with? My primary concern is lens quality. Comfortable with installing the lenses myself.

If these lenses will last longer than the above, I'd be willing to pay more. Anyone know if these lenses are worth it?

I finally got the lenses and did not realize the vendor is located in Auckland, no wonder it took so long for them to get here, did not check closely when I was ordering. The lenses arrived in good order but they were not packaged in a box, but just an envelope but the lenses were carefully wrapped. Installation was pretty easy, took 5 minutes, the screws are really small. They do not fit flush to the top of the frame, I figured this would be a problem ordering from a third party vendor, there are so many frame models, but so far it's just aesthetic. So far, happy with the purchase.
