Training Aid: Medicus "Crush-It" Copied by Mike Adams "Force Pedal"

I've seen these before but never looked into them. The three videos about two page downs tell it all, the middle video, I did not know that the max upwards force was that early.


Train with The Force Pedal and learn how to increase club head speed. Ground reaction force is the secret to distance and direction.

This is the video that made me look into it. He's kind of doing the straight arm challenge too, lol.

@nevets88, you love to cite training aids invented by others years ago, often by me and/or others, eh? 🙂

Eight years ago we created a training aid by cutting a small foam basketball in half. It became the Crush-It.

Wow. I'm behind the curve on that one. Would this help someone who puts a lot of weight on the outside of the lead foot too much or that's more something specific to address?

You can use it for a lot of different things.

I was teasing slightly about knowing this stuff. You can't know everything we've ever done. 🙂 And I'm sure someone had "invented" this way, way before we did with the Crush-It.
