How many use a 18* or 19* hybrid over the same lofted fairway woods?

The title says it all. How many have taken your 5 woods out of the bag and replaced them with a hybrid in the same loft?

I replaced my 3 wood with my 18* Precept Hybrid.

I took out my 3, 5 and 7 woods and replaced them with Cobra Bafflers. I get intoxicated with the idea of a 3 wood, from time to time. Since replacing my original 3 wood, a Callaway Hawkeye VFT, with a 16 degree hybrid, I have messed around with a Callaway X 3 wood and, then, a Titleist 906F4 15.5 degree 3 wood. Right now, the hybrid is back in the bag. The 5 and 7 wood replacements aren't going anywhere.

A 3 wood can be anywhere from 13 degrees to 15.5 degrees. I guess my 16 degree hybrid would be more like a 4 wood. On the other hand, the shorter shaft of the hybrid may cause the distance to be more that of a 5 wood. I flirt with a 3 wood because I think I can get greater distance out of it than with my 16 degree hybrid. The problem with that reasoning is that I strike the hybrid more consistently than I do the 3 wood, hence the hybrid ends up in my bag more often than not.

I took the fairway woods out of the bag last year and went for the Cleveland 2,3,4 Halo hybrid. I haven't missed the fairway woods for a second.

I still use a 3 wood, but have a 2 hybrid to replace the 5 wood.

I took out my 904F 19* for a 585H at 17*. They are similar in distance, but the 5 wood tends to balloon. Hybrid is easier to control as well.

Depending on the course I play, I switch out between my 5 wood which is 18* and my hybrid which is also 18*. Open courses get the 5 wood and tight courses get the hybrid.Same with my 3 iron and 21* hybrid.

Canned my 1-3-5 Original BB for an R7 and a Callaway Fusion Hybrid. Did this about two years ago. Added the three wood a year later. I used to hit a great 5 wood but I can nail the hybrid.
