I started this thread because I just can't wait any longer to go and play.

Is this thread strictly for Minn/Wisc golfers? Here in NWPA we still have a good two weeks before we can think about playing. There are a few courses open in the area....but it is soggy! And the 15 day forecast does not look good.

No not strictly for Minn/Wisc but I am more interested in that area for obvious reasons. Good to hear from anywhere whether you are open or not.

Wisco I live in Manitoba, so basically our weather is exactly like yours. Im thinking for us its another 3 weeks before we can golf. But im going to an indoor driving range this weekend to hit my first set of balls.

I think a couple of courses were "suppose" to open this week in the Twin Cities area but since we got

on yesterday, it might be pushed back a week.

Yeah that is what I think too. I am so bummed because I think I would be golfing this weekend if it wasnt for the snow on Monday. I live in on the Wisconsin border and work in Minneapolis.

some courses were open this past weekend i think, but they prolly got tore up. my club opens (i think) this weekend, but tryouts have been postponed until monday

driver- R580XD 9.5*
3 wood- m/speed
hybrid- cft ti 4h
irons- fp 4-gap
wedges- 54* and RAC satin 56* 12 bounceputter- 1/2 Craz-Eballs- DT Carry, e5, anything found thats is good shapeshoes-adidashome course - nothing - uh oh. perhaps pleasant view againschool...

Well I just got an email from one of the courses in my area that is going to open up tenatively on April 5th. I don't like this course so I don't really care but that tells me we are getting very close!

But I hear snow again in our forecast for Sunday?

my course moved its opening date to tuesday of next week. my school course moved from next monday to next wednesday. a course about 20 minutes from me is open, so i might pop in

Weather is great here, no snow, grass is green. All courses are open! Played already and playing this weekend.

What is snow? Indoor driving range?
I was down here sweating my butt off at the range at 9pm tonight. From the looks of my shots it wasn't doing me a lot of good though.

Driver - Taylormade R1.
Fairway - Taylormade R9 15º.
Hybrid - A3OS 3 Hybrid.

Irons - Cast CCI 4-AW.

Wedge - SV Tour 56º wedge.
