Did Phase 3 workout B today. Got an 8lb slam ball for Xmas to use at home. I seem to have miss posted a couple of workouts too as I did workout C on Monday  and A on Wednesday.

I did the first Fit for Golf SuperSpeed training today. Similar protocol but with just straight swings with all three sticks. I was surprised to hit high numbers considering I have not done speed training for a few months. Hit 101 with driver and 110 108 and 96 with green, blue and red.

Finally got back to the workouts after a few days of renovation work on the house which gave me a tight back. I did a long warm-up then GolfStrong Phase 1 Workout C. I bought Mike Carroll’s ebook of golf warm-ups, The Fit for Golf Warm-up Manual, and did the lower back one.
