2. It's already pretty easy to enter hole-by-hole scores. They can't make it much easier unless they send someone to do it for you.

1. Looks like we can call it ESD, expected Scoring Differential.  

2. It is pretty easy to enter but you'd be amazed at how many people can't do it, forget to do it, won't do it or just do it wrong.
