I think the winning score will be 281 unless Tiger brings his A game (I think if he plays some of his best golf he will shoot something in the 12 to 15 under region).

My picks: Tiger or Stricker [I think Stricker only has a chance if the course stays dry and everythng rolls out well (including the greens), due to the fact that he is not a long hitter but an incredible putter.]
