Help Getting a Cobra Part to the UK

Hi guys, this may well be a bit of a long shot, but i'm wondering if one of you guys from the USA would be able to help me.

I live in England, and currently use the cobra f7 fairway wood which is one of my favourite clubs...the trouble is somehow the orange 20g weight has been lost! I've been trying everywhere to get a replacement as i really want to keep this club, but it doesnt perform with the weight missing.

Now, the only place i can find one is from a U.S company on ebay - see attached picture....the trouble is i cannot buy from them as they dont ship to the UK,and i cannot message them.

I just wondered whether any of you guys could buy the item yourself and then sell it to me on ebay, obviously i'll cover the costs of the item and postage costs. If anyone is able to help out with this then it would be great to hear from you.thanks for your time.

Ben

You can't visit a local green grass shop or something like that who sells Cobra? The F7 isn't that old.

I did consider lead tape, but never used it before and thought that being a fairway would it may not be ideal for sweeping along the turf.

I went direct to cobra themselves who said that they dont keep spares of this model, so maybe i can try a local shop, although seeing as though i am struggling online i dont hold out much hope.

I'd double check this if I were you.
I think that club came with a 15 gram weight not a 20? I could be wrong, or you may have had it altered during a fitting or something.

Near where I live there are club fitters who have various bits and bobs for fitting clubs. If I were you, I'd start with those folks. They may have one in their kit.

Oops, maybe I'm wrong. It looks like it is a 20 gram.

My bad.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Definitely 20g..i have a 3 wood with it in.the problem is i want this weight for my 5 wood. I have tried fitting a few penny washers in it so far but cannot get the weight up enough to 20g, im at 12 or grams so far before i cant fit any more!

I have managed to contact the ebay seller so hopefully i can sort something.never thought this would be so hard to get hold of.thanks 4 your input guys!

    • The MTB Prime and Prime X had issues with the cover being too soft and getting cut too easily. They said it was more prevalent in the Prime than the Prime X which I found odd because that was the exact opposite of my experience.
    • Day 120 - Played 18; much better than yesterday. Miss right now is off the heel of the club, so I need to sort that out.
    • Today we played Pease Golf Course in Portsmouth, NH. Course was in great shape but my game didn't show up. I will say I pitched and chipped fairly well but almost everything else was very hit or miss. Cost myself a lot hitting an in play drive with pulling my approach shots maybe 85% of the time. Finally figured out I had been swaying most of the round. Only took me until 13 to figure it out. Used what felt like a much more centered turn and the ballstriking improved. 18 tomorrow using a 2 man scramble format. Just looking to contribute. Been a blast though.
    • Day 22: Hit balls with 7-iron using mevo+ to track dispersion. Was out for a long time after work; 86 balls but the first 50+ were 50% swings focusing on top of backswing feel and then just hitting the ball as a psychic reward. Finished with 20 balls close to full speed. Pretty happy with dispersion and also no horrendous misses. I’m chunking my priority piece out into two separate feels, first and more important is the position/balance at top of backswing which is what I was working on. Once I have that engrained I’ll move to transition part.
    • FWIW I never really had issues with the previous generation of Snells. But… I'm not sure I played them a ton, either.
