They're adding a short course later this year, but I hear they might have plans to add several more golf courses over the next little bit. Could be a new sort of Pinehurst/Bandon.

For a state that probably has one of the highest per capita golf courses in the country, they certainly do not have a singular golf township of Pinehurst pedigree so this will be interesting.  

May be a larger supporting structure for the visitors is in order. I love Streamsong so I see this as good news. Cool.

Been doing golf trips to Streamsong since they opened. Definitely sounds like a positive deal for golfers, although it'll probably get worse before it gets better (construction always sucks). Interesting that they did the deal even though it's landlocked by Mosaic. Looking forward to seeing what develops.

I mean, it's landlocked… but also still 7000 acres.
