Got My First Set of Clubs

Well as the title states I got my first set of clubs today. I have very little experience with golf but as of recently I decided that I am going to make a concerted effort to become a better and more frequent player. After several days of internet research, I left my house today looking for a set of Adams Idea A2's but came back home with Nike Ignites. I spent nearly half hour demoing several different irons including the A2's, T.M. R7 draws, and T.M. OS2's but the Nike's were the most comfortable and consequently I seemed to do better with these. I cant wait to get out to the range and begin taking a few lessons. I had a great time today and spoke with several different employees at golf galaxy and dick's sporting goods. It was a great learning experience and I just wanted to share it with everyone.

No I didn't get fitted, I figured I would do after I spend some time learning proper swing mechanics and can actually hit with consistency.

I'll just piggyback on this thread.

I got my first (that i bought) set a few weeks ago.
Ping G5's.

The old Callaways i got for free are now retired.
I LOVE GOLF!
