Dent how did your fitting appointment end up going?

It was so busy I wasn't able to get properly fitted, but I tried the i10s, 695CB's, S58's, and the X-Forged. With the S58's and the i10's being the nicest in terms of feel.

I have yet to hear of any high school golf that is anything but medal play. But it would be cool to play alternate shot with one of your teammates. Or better ball. Dang! that would be cool to think of it. Ryder style!

Our team consists of 4 players, 2 from our team in one group with 2 players from another team in the same group. And the other 2 in another group. Worst score is dropped and the Remaining 3 are totaled up to get a final score.

Oh nice, yeah the callaway forged irons are a little harsh I hear. The i10's seem nice, but set up a little weird. I just got a set of Mizuno MP-57's and they feel sooo nice you should demo them if you can you might like them.

For sure, i've never really looked into Mizunos at all. What do they feel like in comparison to other clubs?

That's weird. We have 6 players on our team and 2 alternates in case someone gets injured. Each player competes against another on the opposing team. We are ranked in number too. 1 plays 1, 2 plays 2 etc. We get one point for winning our match and the five best scores on the team get added up. The team with the lower total gets 2 points (I think) and all the points from team score and matches are added up. Wow, i never thought it would be that complicated in describing!

By the way, Mizunos still feel better than any irons I have hit before. The blades feel very solid at impact.

    • When I'm winding down and need to clear my head, spider solitaire online is my go-to—it's surprisingly soothing and helps me focus. If you're up for exploring more games, Gloomhaven offers an epic adventure with its campaign-style gameplay and deep tactical choices. Azul is perfect for its beautiful design and engaging tile-drafting mechanics. It's great to see board games evolving with such diverse themes and mechanics.
    • I voted "Decent Weather Golfer". I was going to describe my general rules...but then @saevel25 did it for me so I'll just copy his, with one addition: Temp: Above 45 degrees (pending wind at the low end).  Below 90 degrees. Weather: On and off rain, I am ok. I may not go out by myself, but I am not skipping a tee time if the weather is just meh. T-storms, or torrential downpour, then it will be a game time decision. Snow is out. I will never play golf when it is that cold out.
    • Ok, I didn't read the question at all, lol. So, to answer this thread correctly.  Temp: Above 45 degrees (pending wind at the low end). Weather: On and off rain, I am ok. I may not go out by myself, but I am not skipping a tee time if the weather is just meh. T-storms, or torrential downpour, then it will be a game time decision. Snow is out. I will never play golf when it is that cold out.  The closest one might be "All Weather" then ;).
    • All weather, but very rarely if it’s pouring. Some rain is fine. Wind is a more no-go than rain. Especially wind and rain. I’d rather play in cool light drizzle than 80° F+ and sunny. My body is not designed for hot weather. My perfect conditions are 60-70° F and cloud cover. If it’s a bit nippy I can wear more clothes. I can only remove so much clothes if it’s 75+ and still get too hot. Warm and cloudy can work too.
    • Yeah it was a dicks Black Friday deal. But you had to buy the 96. Pack
