Why not put two holes on every green with differrent flags to denote which cup is bigger and let players decide the one that they want to use just like the white and blue tee markers.

The problem of slow play is with the players, not the course or equipment. I don't see pace of play changing a lot by doubling the hole size.

Why not leave the course as it is and learn to putt?
