"Ouch, my shoulder hurts!"

You can see this one coming a mile away! Another person who refuses to accept personal responsibility but rather spends all of their energy looking for more comfortable places to lay it.

Kind of like the average traffic court bio: "There I was cruising along at 85 mph minding my own business, when I accidentally spilled my half open can of Bud Light trying to answer my cell phone. At that moment my car lurched into the other lane. I just can't catch a break."

I loved how when Nikki was talking about Divina's birdie putt, she said something to the effect of, "I knew it was going in, because she's got good karma."

Nikki's putting stroke is horrible. I've never seen such a worse decel among someone who can at least occasionally make a par.

I can't wait for her to get kicked off. Yeah her game isn't good but just listening to her and how she over exaggerates everthing...I mean EVERYTHING. Oh and I was dying on the floor cracking up watching Becky laugh at Nikki about finding her new personal inner moment, I really like Becky.

Dear g0d,

I can't stand how fake she is. If that wasnt bad enough, I stumbled across her audition video. Now I know the reason they put her on the show has NOTHING to do with her golfing skills. She's just one cliche after another...SHE cant stop talking about herself. Apparently she is the best athlete her highschool had.(fastest runner, best girl for baseball, spent all her time hitting golf balls...) She thinks she's a phenom in golf and poetry! http://www.thegolfchannel.com/bbv/f8...ges/nikki.aspx

Sweet Jeebus everyone needs to see that video. I didn't think she could get more ridiculous. Some things she stated:

She doesn't expect to be given anything, everything must be earned Probably why she bitched so much about not getting any breaks. Wait, that doesn't make sense...

She never hits it less than 280 unless she has a stiff head wind. I can only assume her definitition of a yard is different from the rest of us

She can hit a variety of shots well. Have to agree on this one, she did well with the slice and I think the hit off the toe pretty well

She doesn't like complainers or martyrs. Which I don't think is true, as she is a complainer and she loves herself very, very, very much .

She considers herself an athlete not a model. Sometimes people will stare at her and she doesn't know why, but then they come up to her and tell her how striking she is. I think she misunderstood, I think others - and me - simply want to strike her .

I can understand putting a person in just to shake things up, but come on! Oh, and I think next week she will be wearing red boots and a cape, and will have a big 'S' on her chest.

That video was hilarious. Shame on the Big Break producers for using her as a way to get people to talk about the show and shame on her for pretending to be a golfer so that she could try to get some kind of audition or her 15 minutes. Hopefully this is the only 15 minutes she ever gets. She's as bad at acting as she appears to be at golf!

What a space cadet that chick is. I think I would have started cracking up to her face if I was running that camera or giving her the interview.

I can see her becoming a stalker of some type.

That chick is out there.

Hawaii will definatly get them in less clothes. If ya know what I mean!

Just think if Danielle was there.

It looks like it is going to be a good show. I like what they are doing already with it. I really like the pick your opponent thing and then play them for a one hole exemption. Hope they keep up the good work!

Hahaha OH MY GOD. That audition tape is priceless.

Notable Quotes:
"My swing speed is really fast"
"I beat the ball, beat it, beat it like a drum. I drove a lot of greens"
"I can hit a 5 iron 200 yards. I was being generous when I said 190 back there."
"I can hit the ball so far. My swing speed is over 110. "
"I don't wanna be arrogant or anything, but I can probably outdrive most women with my seven wood... probably even my three iron."
"I know thousands of poems." paraphrased
"I have talent, I'm worthy, I'm a worthy opponent."

and... drum-roll please...
"I want to be a professional."

Wow. Simply unbelievable. No sense of reality or the meaning of this game. But I earnestly hope she sticks around for a while, she makes me laugh.

I'm just hoping that none of the other deserving women get sent home before Nikki takes a hike. It's bad enough that she somehow managed to find enough game to sneak by Jo D. had a few mental blunders. I'm certainly hoping that one of the 5 gals still in the elimination challenge goes ahead and does her in.

Thank god Nikki is out of the way so the real golfers can get down to business.
I found it interesting that after she hurt her shoulder and she was in "agony" and "so much pain"That she showed incredible range of motion by easily (notice she was not wincing when she did it) fully extending her arm straight up in the air over her head when judging her terrible putts. ANYONE who has had a shoulder injury could tell you that is nothing but a huge load of crap

If anyone was on the fence about whether or not there is a god you can now say for certain there is, as we no longer have to listen Nikki and her excuses. nurseduffer nailed it when he mantioned she showed full range of motion when taking her 'putts'.

All I can say is I can't putt worth a damn, but I would take her on in a putting contest any day. Sure she can hit her 6 iron 90 yards further, recite better poetry than I ever will, is a better baseball player than I could hope to be and exhibits more modesty than I could ever hope for. But even I don't hit 10 foot putts 8 feet long.

Now I can enjoy the rest of the series.

Our long national nightmare is finally over! Was it only three weeks? Seemed like years.

The Golf Channel royally f*cked this one up. They wanted another Don or another Danielle, but they messed up because they chose a girl

who can't play golf. So she gets the boot. Hasta la vista, biatch! I know a few women at my country club who could probably beat her straight up. I'm a whatever index (3.8 currently, but it's winter here) and I'd be tempted to play her straight up for $500 or more.

I'm sure in topless golf you'd lose big time

. From the experience with other reality shows I just have to say - she might have been made to look like a real C. After all - they reached their goal - people were watching and everybody is talking about it. Positive or negative - her appearance on the show triggered reactions of the public and that's what reality shows are made for. Ok, so now that the nicest pair or boobies are gone I think I'll start rooting for the swedish chick. That's the one thing me and Tiger have in common - we dig'm

    • No, I'm not talking about "six footers uphill, slightly right to left." I'm going to indulge myself and talk about my favorite putts that I've ever hit. In no particular order… #9 at Whispering Woods The hole was cut middle left, and I was back right with about 40 feet to the hole, and six to eight feet of break. @DrizZzY (he'll be a semi-common theme here) was about 25' from the hole and he said "Do you need me to mark that" as his ball was really close to my line. I saw the line really, really clearly and, like the cocky jerk I am, said something like "no, leave it. I think I have to just miss your ball to make this." I saw my ball as having to pass within a few millimeters of his ball… and going in the middle. Well, I hit the putt, and as it passed his ball missing it by maybe 1.5cm… I said "ahhhhh, pulled it a little…" and… the ball fell in the left-center of the hole. I smirked at Sculley and he just said "you're such an ass." 🤣 I know I said in no particular order, and that might be true for the rest… but this one is clearly tops on my list. I saw the line so clearly, it was a touchy, delicate putt… and I knew I'd pulled it just that little bit, and my speed was perfect. His ball was fifteen feet from mine, and the putt broke 8'! Might be the greatest putt, given the call I made, I'll ever hit. #13 at Lawsonia Links I cared about a few rounds in Wisconsin on our 2021 trip (thanks again @cipher), and the 13th had gotten me a bit. I was in a bunker, and someone not NOT named @DeadMan had told me I could just chip a 7I out and still be fine… well, the 7I left me 250 in, so my 3W finished just left of the green… and about 10' below the green. I hit a decent pitch to 25' or so… this putt broke only about 2-3', but burying that one was satisfying as it kept my "no sixes in Wisconsin" streak alive. It was after this putt that someone said something like "You remember how you said you felt about Tiger at the 1997 Masters? That's how we feel right about now." It was one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me. 😄 #14 at Whispering Woods Two putts are tied here. On one, Sculley and I hit tee shots to a back hole near the front of the green. I was a foot off the front, he was a few feet on. As we were getting back into the cart, I said "putting contest from here." He replied "Well, I lost." I made the 75-footer. The other time, the pin was front-left. I was mostly middle right, barely on the green, putting across it from about 65 feet. The putt broke a good ten feet. Sculley was short left of the hole, and for the last 20 feet of the putt, I looked at @DrizZzY and the face he made — disgust, annoyance, resignation — as the putt tracked directly toward and eventually into the hole was one of the funniest and most satisfying expressions I've ever seen on the golf course. I watched him, not my ball, for the last 15-20 feet of its roll. Sorry Sculley! #9 at Tan Tara Golf Course It was my 77th stroke in my second round of the PAT. It was a ten-footer, broke a few inches, and was destined for the bottom of the cup the instant I hit it, all to pass the PAT on the number in my first attempt. (Tan Tara is now Pendleton Creek.) #17 and 18 at The Old Course, St. Andrews On the 18th, I hit it to about four feet from about 40 yards out, up and over the Valley of Sin, from the fairway. I didn't even really consider chipping or pitching it, because who does that? Not there, not me. On #17, I had about a 15 or 18 footer, after playing a 6I from 180 that flew (on purpose) only about 90 yards, and took about 15 steps to run over humps and hollows before coming to a stop on the right portion of the hole. My caddie said "I see only one or two birdies a year on the Road Hole, so, well done." Lifetime scoring average on 17 at the Old: 3. I'll take that. Far Hole (#?), Putting Course at Streamsong Black @kpaulhus and I were screwing around. Calling out holes, and tee locations. I walked over to the fringe of the nearby green on the Black course… We putted from the fringe in case we scuffed the ground a bit. Well, I chose a putt from the fringe to the far side of the 18-hole putting course. In Google Earth, I measured the putt just now at nearly 400 feet. As in… 130 yards. I hit the stick. My ball stopped less than two feet from the hole. The other diners let out a loud shout when I smacked it, and looked way over at me and yelled out "it hit the stick!" Kyle lost that hole. And most of the other ones. 😉
    • I have one still sitting in a box my son gave me for Christmas.  For a while, I used an app on my watch, but it drained the phone battery . We have Markers at 180 ,135 and 90M , and generally I am close enough to one of them to get a fairly rough indication of how far.  Also, for a while now ,I walk into town and back at weekends, approximately 5 mile round-trip . I’ll start a walk on my watch, and on the way home when the watch ticks over to .10/.90 etc I’ll pick a street light ,lamp post , sign , and guess how far, normally anything up to about 100 m, I have now got very good at estimating distances, especially up to 50 or 60M.
    • Day 295: mirror work for a while. Worked on turning the hips more.
    • Day 19: Lesson first thing this morning. I have a minor setup thing to work on, and then a new priority piece for hips. Really liked the way my hips and legs were working doing drills and slow swings in the lesson.  Got home from work, made dinner for family, and then attempted some practice of the new stuff, but being tired from work and a bit stiff from engaging different muscles in the golf lesson, it was a bit of a struggle so I stopped and will resume tomorrow evening after work.
