Apparantly it was get your free Callaway Golf Ball day. I, too, got my 6 in today. I should have sent 6 to every person and every address I could think of and stocked up. I'm a moron.

My first impression: They are sticky. Hmmm...

Got mine two days ago, and played one (just one, all 18 holes) yesterday in my second round at Lake View .

They were fine everywhere, but oddly, didn't check as much as I'd like with less-than-full swing shots. And I play a Pro V1x, so it's not like I'm playing the super-spinny ball.

Brand new spin milled wedges, too, so yeah - I was surprised at the lack of bite.

And I can't stand the side stamp. Though it may be a stupid reason to some, I love the A.I.M. line.

hmm. i too may have to try these. I tried the ix and didn't like them much. I keep going back to the pro-v.

the review i wrote is for the tour I, not the tour IX. i really don't think the IX is a good ball...
