DON'T GIVE UP HOPE! I tried about 50 different codes & never got one right. I got home from work today & found a nice, tidy package with a Callaway Golf return address on it! (Two weeks from the first time I tried the code.) I am STOKED!!! Soooooo...keep yer fingers & toes crossed--you just might get 'em anyway. --LBB

Received mine 2 weeks ago and I like them a lot. Same amount of spin but seem more durable than a Pro V1. Just bought a donzen from Golfsmith. I guess Callaway accomplished what they wanted with me ...LOL. Good luck all.

I got mine last week. I am impressed that they sent two sleeves of balls. I figured they would send a sample 2 -ball pack or something. Pretty sweet!

I got mine a few days ago. I never even got a code right, but I still got some. Pretty impressive. Have yet to try them, but I have a feeling I'll be buying some in the near future.

For everyone that guessed a number to get the free balls....that means someone else who had the legit code didn't get their free balls. Kinda like stealing a ball out the fairway isn't it?

Got mine yesterday and I don't think I ever got a correct code. Now if it will ever stop raining, we might be able to play again.

I got mine yesterday too. I entered several codes about a month ago and none of them worked, but they came. Even though it's only 6 balls, it's always nice to get free stuff in the mail!

ONLY 6 BALLS....boo hoo. Normally you get a little 2 ball sample pack from companies trying to push a new line of balls, Callaway included, so the fact they're mailing you 6 balls is a pretty nice perk if you ask me.

Anyway, the balls are amazing, I had been a long time Pro V1x guy and if you notice my sig....I'm a changed man. It took a while, but the more I played with them the more I liked them.

Oh...well in that case, I guess 6 balls is pretty nice. I didn't realize they were usually given out in 2-packs. I haven't played this ball yet but I've heard they are great.

The balls are the real deal. Insanely durable. Incredible spin. Great distance. Superb feel. I bought myself a box just last week after using my sample pack the last few months.

I stopped reading when I read that. My Pro V1x's hold up better than the ix, and the pro v1x's aren't 'durable' per-say.

I got mine a couple weeks ago and have been testing them against the Pro V1, V1x, TaylorMade Black and Red LDP, and Bridgestone B330-s over my last few rounds.

For me, the Tour ix wasn't even close to being in contention. I found it short off the tee and plasticky off the putter. Chips bit less than with any of the other balls and, like some others, I really dislike the alignment line. I am impressed with Callaway for the free ball offer, but overall I was very disappointed with the performance of the ball.

You're kidding me right!?!? These balls are amazingly durable. I'd like to see what you do to think they're not as durable, or in my case, more durable than the V1x. Cart paths are going to scuff your ball regardless of the brand.

I used to play HX Hot and NXT Tour and the Tour ix is WAY more durable than both of those balls. I've played ProV1x and I still say the Tour ix is more durable than the ProV1x.

We aren't talking about a tree scuff or cart path scuff. We are talking about general short iron play.
