sharpening iron and wedge grooves

I was surfing ebay and saw this tool that sharpened the grooves on your irons and wedges. http://cgi.ebay.ca/New-Golf-Tool-Net...QQcmdZViewItem .And I am curious if anyone has used them and feel it is a good idea to have this tool and use it after so many rounds?

Driver - SQ SUMO2 9.5 stiff
3 Wood - SQ SUMO2 15* stiff
Hybrid SQ SUMO2 20* stiff
Irons - CCi steel stiff
Wedge - 56*Wedge - Knight 60*Putter - ITraxBall - platinum+Black but soon to be switching to pr0v1 SG 2.5

I saw a similar tool on ebay under Mizuno products for about $20 plus shipping.

Once Phil Mickelson, Tiger and Annka was playing an evening exhibition somewhere, I forget and Phil was in the tall rough around the green and was able to make his ball check up and he talked about sharpening his groves on his wedges prior to playing and you saw the difference with that shot.
