Im not ripping on golfsmith at all here, i have a friend who plays their blades, but i really dont like them coming from my mizzy mp60's. Get this, he paid more for his, 500 i think total for his, i paid (well traded) 300 worth of gear for my 60's, with the shafts i wanted(tour concepts).

You certainly got a good deal on your stuff.

The advantage to clubmaking is typically that you get high-quality components at lower prices (my Viper Tour Black driver cost me $145, components plus materials) yet it's every bit as good as any of the elite brands. Other perks include the ability to specify or modify more about the clubs you'll play, and the hobbyist angle of it (i.e., playing what you build with your own hands). I went from King Cobras to my Golfsmith irons and picked up performance. I've never built anything from Golfsmith that caused me to question the quality. Jess

Anyone tried Snake Eyes Python XL driver?? it's as solid as TM Burner 2007 driver.

I still have a set of 600Bs in my closet (I have like fourteen sets of clubs) lol... Golfsmith clubs, are as good if not better than any other irons on the market...

Does anyone know how much the forged Wishon Iron club heads cost?? I can't find anywhere online that lists them.

You can not find those club heads for sale online because Tom Wishon Golf Technology on sells it's components to qualified custom club makers. They are all about promoting custom club making and fitting. If you would like to find out more look on the website.
