Price, Quality & Service, Pick only two

Has anybody heard the saying pick only two of the three below:

PRICE
QUALITY
SERVICE

for example if you go to a nice restaurant and you get a quality meal with excellent service, expect to pay the high price, so you can only pick two of the three.

Software developers tell people they can have any two:

On Time
On Budget
With All the Features

I think it depends what your talking about. Restaurants,Hotels,Doctors and Lawyers, its all about quality and service. But if Im going to buy a new TV or something, I care about the price and the quality I usually research things myself and dont care what the salesman says.

Price and Quality. If it's a good price and built well, it should rarely defect and even if it does you just replace it with another since it's cheap. Kind of reminds me of what we say about wheels for race cars. Pick only two cheap, light, durable. Usually cheap doesn't get you light or durable.
