Thinking about regripping my sticks or simply letting the golf store do it for about the same price as I could order grips and tape for.

Anyway....cords are my preferance but it's time to do it.

The cords on my irons and wedges are a proprietary Callaway cord that looks suspiciously like a Golf Pride Tour Velvet (most likely what I'll go with).

I could use suggestions as to other grips, though.

A lot has changed since I laid off golf....I don't want to miss out on the "best" grip. Not real savvy on the new stuff.

I have the Lampkin Crossline Cord on all my clubs. If you like cords, I'd highly recommend those. Not knocking Golf Pride; they make a fine product also. All comes down to which one feels better to you.

I want to try the Golf Pride New Decades and/or the Winn PCI Hybrids.

The Winn PCI have a nice feel to them. When I re-grip next year they will be on my short list.

I've never held a Winn corded grip. It's certainly worth a look / test.

I had the original Winn Grips on my older DCIs. I wasn't a fan....they didn't hold up very well at all.

Yup...have the Crossline cords on my TM woods right now.

I couldn't imagine paying $20 each for a grip. Those must be unreal. I'll look them up and see what they look like.

I had Callaway put on the Golf Pride Tour Velvets. They are soft of subtle feeling. Very nice.

I am always on the hunt for the old Golf Pride Swing Rite full cord grips.

Without a doubt, the Lamkin Tour Black Full Cord. They are much better than crossline cord. I like cords because they last significantly longer than regular rubber. If you are going regular rubber, get plain jain Lamkin crosslines.

I'll look those up. The Crossline Cords on my TM woods lasted forever and still feel like new.

I'll take a long hard look at the Tour Black Full cord you mentioned. Thanks!!!! I love the feel of the PING cord grips I requested on my new driver and hybrid. They feel super and grip very well in the humidity and heat down here (last two rounds I played were in 103 and 98 degree temps when we finished).
