I'm a new member of this forum and will be happy to contribute some of my time to anything related to golf fitness. I don't have a lot of it, since I work with personal clients and run 3 websites by myself.

My name is Mike Pedersen and I'm a fanatic golfer; and a golf fitness trainer by trade. I have had the pleasure of working with golfers of all ages and abilities for the past 9 years now. Although I've been a certified fitness professional for over 22 years now. It's all I know

The premise of my beliefs is that the body dictates what your swing capabilities are. If you have "physical limitations", you will have a minimal chance at playing to your potential.

This is especially true for the older golfer.

Anyways...enough of my stuff. Glad to be hear!

Mike Pedersen

Mike, let me be the first to say, "Welcome!"

It'll be great having you around, even if it isn't often. I'm sure all of us could use a better fitness routine and I've read nothing but great reviews for your Fitness Guide. I look forward to "meeting" you and talking more in the future.

When all is said and done, Mike Pedersen's Ultimate Golf Fitness Guide is $47 well-spent. The book is among the best you'll find and doesn't treat golfers like regular folks, with exercises and stretches aimed at golfers with a living room, not a home gym full of expensive equipment. The price may be a bit steep, and you may be annoyed by some of the grammar and a missing page or two, but the extras step in to fill in any "value holes" and make it a lock.

Check out the review, check out the book. Welcome, Mike. Thanks for joining.

    • I have exactly 11 cards in mine right now.  Here's some pix of it with 11 cards and 18 bills.
    • You could go Old School for the cash.  The bands do get brittle after time but are cheap to replace.
