Check your alignment but also check your swing path.

Alignment
drop a club on the ground and set your feet parallel with the club. I always look at the target from behind the ball and drop my club on the ground and walk around my club and have my aim set then I reset my club face square to the target and I am set.

check swing path
If you are blocking your shots to the right and they are going straight your swing path is off. make sure you are the correct distance from the ball by setting up in your posture and drop your hands about an open hand weight from your body and set your hands. When I hit the ball right my hands are usually too far from my body. Make sure you are turning correctly and that your head stay behind the ball and not moving forward which can cause the push to the right also.

good luck.

drop a club parallal with the hole and set up your feet along the club and see what happens with your shots or have someone stand behind you when you hit the shots to double check your alignment, most time you think you are lined up and you are pointing left or right of target.

When I misalign, it always results in a hit to the right and it's because I'm not setting my shoulders and feet in a line parallel to the ball-to-target line (as other posters have mentioned). I sometimes ask someone I'm playing with to stand behind me in the tee box and watch my alignment - it's invariably the same problem (i.e. never to the left).

It's something I'm able to correct with conscious effort, but then I seem to slip back into the same fault again. Just keep working at it and you will improve, but make sure you don't have other issues that might be causing a miss to the right (e.g. inside-to-outside swing path, etc).

With alignment problems, being aware of them is more than half the battle.
