So my bag's almost complete and i just need one more thing a 22* hybrid, any recommendations? I've had 16-19* hybrids (Hibore and a rescue dual).

I've tried a 21* G10 but somehow i find the head not being able to really help me get clear off the rough spots. I got a 21* MP Fli Hi 3 iron hybrid which while was great on fairways weren't much help for me in the rough.

I basically just need one for those times i land in those difficult areas to get out of.

Any suggestions? Thanks in Advance

im not sure if this specific hybrid comes in 22*, but the taylormade tour burner hybrids are incredible. i personally play a 585h, but i have found that i want a different loft and look at adress and i like the feel of the tour burner more. it plays almost more like a fairway wood than a hybrid due to its shape, but i found that you can still get just as good of contact with the ball if it is in the rough as with any other hybrid.

ditto, i have a regular burner rescue 22* and its amazing. i get alot of height with it and it is so versitle its not even funny. I can chip, punch, tee off, hit from rough, hit from fairways, anything with it. I reccoment getting the older burner rescue though, because is a tad smaller which makes it more like a hybrid, and its also the same as the new one.

You may find it easier getting out of rough with a smaller head. Try a Cobra baffler or Titleist 585h.

im planning on getting an 18* tour burner hybrid. i demo'd one on the range the other day and was hitting it like 225-230 with a mid trajectory

Check out the new Nicklaus hybrid irons. They are built extremely solid and have wonderful control. The distance is the only ? for me. But the 4i hybrid is solid and sounds great and feels great. Check it out.

I have a 585-H and it plays like an iron out of the rough, you can also score these cheaply now considering that titleist just released the 909H. But if you want to spend the extra money and if the 985-H is anything to go on i'd check out the new 909's

I have a Nickent 4DX IW in 23 degree. I love it but the stiff shaft is too much for me. Let me know if you're interested.
