So which club you currently carry is likely to be the next to get replaced and why? Is it not behaving? Or maybe you feel the club that will replace it is just better? Or perhaps you're pulling a seldom used club to fill a hole in your game (either real or perceived)?

In my bag I think only the driver and hybrid 4 are safe from replacement currently, and even those could be replaced if I found the right fit. I really consider my bag to consist of 16 clubs because I have a 5W and 5I that can both go back in at any time depending on the course, conditions, and the state of my game that day. If some extra money fell from the sky, then I think the first club I would have to think about looking at replacements for is my 3W. It's not that it's a bad club - in fact, I usually hit it great off the tee, which is almost the only place it ever gets used. I would probably look at a 4 wood (something around a 16.5*-18*) because I've found that a 4 wood is very versatile - easier to hit off turf, but with little lost distance, especially if I went with graphite shaft since my 3W is steel.

Of course, if I had enough money I would definitely consider new irons as well. I love the new Mizuno MP-52 and MX-200 iron sets. Or maybe I would just start over and get everything new...

Irons just because they are old. :)

A week ago, I would have said my wedges, but they just arrived here for Christmas. Now, I would say either my 3-wood (can't hit it off the deck and want to try a 4 wood) or my 5 wood. I love my 5-wood to death, but if I like the new TEE hybrid I am getting, I may buy the 2h as well. The 5w is deadly off the fw, but in the rough it's not that good. The head is too large. A 2h would give me extra playability from the rough (where I find myself quite often).
The 3w might be safe for now. I think that you should learn how to hit the clubs that you have now before you buy a new and better one. I've done it with every piece of golf equipment thus far. I want to be able to consistently hit it from the fw before buying a new (or used ) and better one.

On Callaway staff so they are gonna want me playing the newest stuff. I'll probably end up with the new X-Forged irons in my bag as well. Although I really love my current set. My 58* wedge is getting worn down, I'll probably have that replaced too.
