Jack Nicklaus said that he would play Peeble Beach if he only had one last course to play. I would have to agree and also say, Peeble Beach because I proposed to my wife on the 7th Tee box 17 years ago.

What is the course you would play if you could only play one last golf course and why?

I would play Harding Park In San Francisco, my home course and the one course that I have played my most rounds of golf and play it one last time.

St. Andrew's. Never played there before, but it is the home of golf. That say's it all...

In my bag:

Titleist 905 Aldila VS Proto| TaylorMade r9 stiff shaft| Titleist 906F Aldila NV 75-S Fairway| Titleist ZM S300 (3-PW) |Titleist 54º SM TT Wedge Flex| Titleist 60º SM TT Wedge Flex| Scotty Cameron Newport 2

09 Goals- Handicap to 2 (I'm crazy I know)- Win 10 tournaments (dune)- Win...

I would pick Fisher's Island Golf Club. Better views than Pebble and I have some great memories there.

I would chose Ozark Hills Golf Club midway between Farmington and Park Hills, Mo. It is the course where I learned to play golf back in the early 60's (9 hole muni).

Unfortunately it no longer exists and there is a road that now crosses the 2nd, 5th, and 7th fairways. So it is about as likely as my second choice which would be ANGC.

Since I've not yet played any 'world class' golf courses, I'm not sure based on experience. I know I definitely want to play St. Andrews Old Course, but I would also be tempted to Augusta National and Cypress Point. I don't think any of the courses I've ever played is deserving of my last round.

If I had the choice of any course in the world private or public......Augusta National. Never played it, but have been there several times. The place is just surreal. If I had limitations for private, I would play Old Channel Trail Golf Club. Old channel is just an old muni on Lake Michigan that has small greens and a really fund old school course. Playing 18 after 6 o'clock on a summer Saturday evening cannot be beat. No one on the course, perfect temperature, perfect weather. There truly is not a more pleasant experience.

Augusta National State-side. The Old Course across the pond. Between the two, I'd have to go with Augusta, though my mind has already changed at least 10 times between when I started typing this and when I posted it...

And then an infinite number of other courses starts to entire the conversation. Sheesh... Such a hard question...

There are three courses on my wish list to play before I'm done. Pebble Beach, Augusta National and the old course at St. Andrews. If I had to pick one for my final round though, I think it would have to be Augusta.

idk, i would probly choose agusta because its private and no way i would be able to get on...as opposed to pebble which is public. If you look in my signature, you can see all the world class courses im going to be playing this year...cant wait.

For me it would be the old course at St Andrews. IMO, no hardcore golfer's life is complete until they play there.

Augusta National.

I've walked the course a good bit during the Masters practice rounds and love the layout. I'd dearly love to tee it up there.

I can see why Jack would say Pebble Beach, though. It'd be a close second for me.
