Don't purchase a Scotty Cameron putter on eBay or any other website without a headcover. I received a Cameron today that I purchased online... The listing said no headcover... I don't know if the previous owner ever used a headcover... This thing has had the damn hell beat out of it... The rating listed was 3 out of 5... I'd rate it as 1 out of 5 and that only because it's a Cameron... I did not purchase from eBay but an online used club shop... Be careful and smarter than I was.

Only buy from large stores on ebay if there are no pictures.

I would NEVER buy a Scotty off Ebay without actual pics. I just recieved my Studio Select Newport 1.5 today that I bought from a member of GolfWRX and it is Mint! Got a nice deal on it too. Sorry 'bout your luck. You could always send it back. Do they have a return policy?

I agree with the above sentiments as to stick with large reputable sellers on ebizzle. Ive bought several things and never had an issue, save for some shipping problems once. But all purchases were from sellers that had reputations coming out their ears

Clubs I havent thrown in a lake yet

It was global golf... There was one pic but I think it was of another putter... Thanks for the input guys... I wanted to make sure no one else took it in the shorts like I did... eBay from now on with reputable sellers

      I enjoyed the A-B-C-D scramble we did at Kittyhawk before it shut down. Yes. The point was to meet the other members and get the season kicked off. Nobody took it too seriously. At least with that group, cheating wasn't a big issue.  As the D part of A-B-C-D, I enjoyed getting to play with one of the Association's top players. One year I played with the city champ. Man could he hit a ball.  It probably isn't something I'd want to do more than once a year, but it has its place.

      This year the 2 person scramble at Garland was flighted after 36 holes.  The final 18 holes determined the winner.  This was more fair since most people really wouldn't know what flight they would be in.
