I wish they had them on the Taylormade website. I want to see the specs. I like the idea of their lofts as leaked by the Hotlist. Supposedly the 6 iron has 27* and the PW 45*. You can do the math and see that IF they are gapped evenly, that's 4.5* between irons. I think that is a great idea.

I do hope they didn't make the shafts extra long like they are doing with their drivers. I can't decide if I like the look of them or not, but I could see them in a bag with a set of RAC black wedges.

Here are the specs i found

I like what I see! It looks like by the time they got to the 5 iron they only squeezed out 1/4" extra. I could totally see myself going with a 5 iron bent 1* weak (I'm assuming the spec is supposed to be 24*) and a 7 bent 1* strong. That'd make....

5 iron 25* 7 iron 30* 8 iron 35* 9 iron 40* pw 45* AW 50* Plus I really, really like the light weight steel shaft (85 grams) swingweighting at D3.5. These clubs just got a lot prettier to me. They got rave reviews in the Hotlist, if you are into that....I admit I kinda am. But WOW.... that looks like a LOT of offset!

Yeah I saw that too

ok, i love the look of these clubs, but im not sold on the technology. there havent been any breakthroughs in technology in the last year or so. up until this point, ive wanted the r7s. comparing the specs of the r7s and the 09 burners, i have to say that they look pretty identical. plus, i can get the r7s off ebay for $350 brand new. what are the odds that the 09 burners are really that much of an improvement over the r7s or the burner plus' that just came out? are the burners worth the extra money? obviuosly we wont know for sure until the actually come out and we can try them, but anybody have any opinions?

At least with that group, cheating wasn't a big issue.  As the D part of A-B-C-D, I enjoyed getting to play with one of the Association's top players. One year I played with the city champ. Man could he hit a ball.  It probably isn't something I'd want to do more than once a year, but it has its place.
