I actually picked this up the same time I picked up "Tour Tempo", maybe because of the smaller size of both, or maybe because they seemed a little different and more interesting.

I actually don't videotape my own swing, and not sure I will, but it was interesting to read some of the ins and outs of that.

To me what was more interesting was that through the combination of the excellent photographs and the accompanying discussion, the book works on an instructional level, video or no video.

If Clampett had the quality and diversity of photographs in his book that Breed does, his book would have been a lot better.

I really like this book and recommend it for anyone focusing on positions throughout the swing. Although it was written from the perspective of using video to analyze one's own swing, I've found it an excellent reference even without video. Breed's writing style is pretty direct and straightforward, and unlike a lot of instruction books he doesn't keep repeating the same points over and over.

I just started to read this one, I have found a few good pointers already... The ball posistion was a good read. I do have to say don't read this book a few moments before getting on the course though...threw what willte game I had out the door.
