Hybrid Shafts

Does anyone have any suggestions for potential shaft replacements for my hybrids. I currently have aldila dvs in my 18*, 21*, and 24* and they all seem to be somewhat of a mid launch... I am trying to achieve a higher ball flight with a softer landing. Thanks in advance!

Grafalloy ProLaunch Blue HY or the FW. Depending on the hosel diameter, the HY comes in .335 and .370, the FW only in .335. Low kick, soft tip section in both.

I 110% agree with LBlack14,

but one exception.

Find a golf store/shop that reshafts clubs and try to get some kind of a fitting.

We don't what your swing is like, maybe the Graffalloy wouldn't work for you, but could be.

Try it out, but ideally get fit for the hybrid

aldila proto "by you" i think thats what adams put in the idea pro. Best hybrid shaft out there

Try Proforce V2 Hybrid, I´ve got mine in 85 gr regular and it´s a good shaft
It´s suit my swing, perhaps can suit yours but give it a try

Any soft tip .335 shaft will increase your launch angle. If your hybrid has .370 bore then have it shimmed to fit. Studies show a 4* increase in launch angle for a .335 tip over the .370 tip shafts.

If money is not an issue, the Matrix Ozik Altus hybrid shaft is outstanding. One of the only higher launching hybrid shafts out there that still mantains a very tight dispersion pattern.

They can be picked up new for $300 or slightly used for about $150

I really like the UST I Rod shafts I have in mine. I wonder if they even make them anymore.

They do, I just bought 2 and am reshafting my hybrids as we speak. Something some of you guys seem to be overlooking is he wants in raise launch. The VS Proto iRod and some of the other shafts metioned are mid launch at best. He already has that in the DVS.
